AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NS-S, THE ZONING ORDINANCE,
BY AMENDING THE ZONING MAP
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby ordains as follows:
SECTION 1: Sectional District Map No. C-182 attached hereto and incorporated
herein by reference is hereby adopted, and the Zoning Map of the
City of Saratoga adopted by Section 1.8 of Ordinance NS-3 of said
City, together with any amendments thereto, is hereby changed and
amended by substituting the crosshatched area on the foregoing
sectional district map for that portion of the Zoning Map delinea-
ted in and by the within-adopted crosshatched portion of the sec-
tional district map.(Exhibit B).
So much of the Zoning Map of the City of Saratoga, together-with
any amendments thereto, as is in conflict with the within-adopted
sectional district map is hereby superceded and repealed.
SECTION 2: This ordinance reclassifies certain property shown on the attached
sectional district map from "R-1-40,000" district to "HC-RD"
district. It shall become operative and take effect on and after
thirty (30) days from its date of passage.
This ordinance was regularly introduced and after the waiting time required
by law was thereafter passed and adopted this 15th. day of September ,
1976, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Matteoni, Corr, Bridges
NOES:. Councilmen Brigham
ABSENT: Councilmen Kraus ~z~-z~ ~~~/_~fZ~
