AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NS-3, THE ZONING ORDINANCE,
BY AMENDING THE ZONING MAP
Re City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby ordains as follows:
SECTION 1: Sectional District Map No. C-187 attached hereto and incorporated
herein by reference is hereby adopted, and the Zoning Ma~ the
City of Saratoga adopted by Section 1.i of Ordinance NS~S of said
City, together with any ~endments thereto, is hereby changed and
mended by s~stituting the crosshatched area on the foregoing
sectional district map for that portion of the Zoning M~ delinea-
ted in and by the within-adopted crosshatched portio~ of the sec-
tional district m~ (Exhibit B).
So much of the Zoning Map of the City of Saratoga, together with
any ~endments thereto, as is in conflict with the within-adopted
sectional district m~ is hereby superc~ded and repealed~
SECTION 2: ~is ordinance reclassifies certain property sho~ on the attached
