AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NS-3, THE
ZONING ORDINANCE, BY AMENDING THE ZONING MAP
~E.L[' APN 397-27-15 FROM R71-12,500 TO R-M-4000
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby ordains as
follows:
SECTION 1: Sectional DistriCt Map No. C-197attached hereto
and incorporated herein by r~ference is hereby adopted, and the
Zoning Map of the City of Saratoga adopted by Section 1.8 of
Ordinance NS-3 of said City, together with any amendments thereto,
is hereby changed and amended by substituting the crosshatched
area on the foregoing sectional district m~p for that portion
of the Zoning Map delineated in and by the within-adopted
crosshatched portion df the s~ectional district map.
So much of the Zoning Map of the City of Saratoga, together
with any amendmentp thereto., as in conflict with the within-
adopted sectional diStrict'map is h~reby'superseded and repealed.
SECTION 2: This ordinahce~e~lassifies~c'ertain property shown
on ~he attached sectional map"fr~m R-1Li2,500 to R-M-4000.
It shall become operative ~ndF'thk~ e~ect on and after thirty
(30)-days from its. date of passage.
This ordinance was regularly intFoduced and after the
waiting time required by law was thereafter pas~ed and adopted
this 16th day of _September)lq~/~ ~y the following vote:
