THE ZONING ORDINANCE, BY AMENDING THE ZONING

AGRICULTURAL-PRESERVE/OPEN SPACE OVERLAY DISTRICT
· ~ Th~ City Council. of the City of Saratoga h~reby ordains as
follows:
· Section 1: Sectional Map FC-201 attached hereto and'incor-
porated herein by referenbe is hereby adopted, and the Zoning ~ap of
the City of Saratoga adopted by' Section 1.8 of"the.Ordinance NS=3 of
said City, together with any amendments thereto, is hereby changed-
and amended by substituting the cross hatched area.'of the foregoing
Se6tional District Map for that portion of the Zoning Map delineated
in and by that cross'hatch'ed portion of the Sectional Distric~ Map.
So .m~ch of the Zoning Map olf~the City of Saratoga, together with any
amendments thereto, as in-conflicf with the adoption of the Sectional
Map ms hereby superseded and ~epe~led.
Section 2: This Ordinance reclassifies ce±tain properties
shown.on.the.atta6hed sedtional map by adding the desighation
Agricultural Preserve/Open Space Overlay District to the existing
Northwestern Hillsides Residential. District d~signation. It'shall
become operative o~ and after thirty (30) days from ~ts date of
passage'.- --
Th'is Ordinance.was regularly introduced and after the waiting .time
~e%~[~by law was thereafter passed and adopted this 5th day of
1982, b~ the following votes:'
