AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE' NS-5, THE-
SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA, ..
RELATING TO TENTATIVE MAP FILING FEES
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby ordains as
fo 1 lows:
Section 1: Paragraph (A) of Table I of Ordinance NS,5 of
the City of Saratoga, is hereby amended to
read as follows:
(A) FILING FEES
The fee on filing a .preliminary map shall be $10.00
The fee on filing a tentative map shall be as follows:
(1) Subject to the limitation of sub-paragraph (2)
following, the sum of $125.00 for a subdivision of up
to 25 lots, plus an additional $3.00 per lot for every
lot over 25. If additional tentative maps covering
the same tract or revisions of the initial map are
filed, no additional fee need be paid, but if land
other than, or in addition to, that shown on the
initial map is included in such additional map, such
map Ishall be qonsidered as ~a map of a new subdivision,
and! an additional fee of $125.00 for up to 25 lots, and
$3.00 per lot for each lot in excess of 25 §hall be
paid for such map.
(2) The sum of $25.00 per lot for every lot, site or
subdivision of 4 or less lots under PART THREE of this
Ordinance.
Section 2: If any section, subsection, sentence, clause or
phrase of this ordinance is for any reason .held
by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid~; such decision
shall not affect the validity of the remainiDg portions of this
ordinance. The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby
declares that it would have passed this ordinance and each sedtion,
subsection, sentence, clause and phrase hereof, irrespective of
the fact that any one or more' section$~ subsections, sentences,
clauses or phrases be held invalid or unconstitfitional.
Section 3: This 0rainance shall take effect and be in full
f~orce and effect thirty (-30) .days from and
after the date of its passage and adoption.
