The City Council conducts site visits to properties which are new items on the City Council
agenda. The site visits are held on Tuesday preceding the Wednesday heating between 3
:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. Site visits only occur when there is an appeal scheduled before the City
Council.
It is not necessary for the applicant to be present, but you are invited to join the Council at
the site visit to answer any questions which may arise. Site visits are generally short (5 to 10
minutes) because of time constraints. Any presentations and testimony you may wish to
give should be saved for the public heating. Please contact staff Tuesday morning for an
estimated time of the site visit.
