March, 1975.
BASIS OF BEARINGS
The bearing (N. 67° 15' 00" E.) of the centerline of Marion Road
as shown'on that Record of Survey map recorded in Book SO of Maps
on page 26, Santa Clara County Records, was used as the basis of
bearings shown on this map.

OWNER'S CERTIFICATE
We hereby certify that we are -the owners of or have some right, title
or interest in and to the real property included within the subdivision
shown upon this map; that we are the only persons whose consent is
necessary to pass a clear title to said property and we hereby consent
to the making and recording of said map and subdivision as shown within
the blue border line and we hereby dedicate to public use all streets
heretofore not existing as shown on said map within said subdivision;
we also dedicate easements for any and all public uses under, upon or
over said streets and said portions thereof.
We further hereby dedicate to public use easements for public utilities
under, on or over those certain strips of land lying between street
lines and /or lot lines and dashed lines designated "P.U.E." (Public
Utility Easement) , and easements for wire clearance purposes only over
those certain areas delineated and designated as "W.C.E." (Wire
Clearance Easement). Public Utility Easements to be kept open and free
from buildings and structures of any kind except lawful fences,
irrigation lines and utility company structures. Wire Clearance Ease-
ments to be limited to buildings, structures and appurtenances thereto
which have a maximum height of fifteen feet above grade at the ground
line of poles.
We also hereby dedicate to public use easements for sanitary sewers
and appurtenances thereto under, on or over those certain strips of
land lying between the lines of lots and dashed lines designated "S.S.E."
(Sanitary Sewer Easement) , such strips of land to be kept free and clear
from buildings and structures of any kind except lawful fences, irriga-
tion lines and public utility structures.
