RESOLUTION NO. MV- 234
RESOLUTION RESTRICTING PARKING ON A PORTION OF
SARATOGA AVENUE
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as follows:
Section I: Based upon an engineering and traffic study, the following designated
portion of Saratoga Avenue in the City of Saratoga shall restrict parking
of vehicles:
NAME OF STREET DESCRIPTION PARKING LIMIT
On the westerly side
between Cox Avenue and a
point which is 1000 feet
southerly from Cox Avenue.
Two Hours Only
This resolution shall become effective at such time as the signs and/or markings installed.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the City Council of the
City of Saratoga at a regular meeting held on the 5th day of December, 2001, by the
following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Evan baker, Stan Bogosian, Ann Waltonsmith
