RESOLUTION RESTRICTING PARKING ON A PORTION OF
SARATOGA AVENUE
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as follows:
Section I: Based upon an engineering and traffic study, the following designated
portion of Shadow Oaks Way in the City of Saratoga shall restrict parking
and stopping of vehicles:
NAME OF STREET DESCRIPTION
Shadow Oaks Way
Along the property
frontages of APN
397 -16 -039 and APN
397 -16 -040.
PARKING LIMIT
No Parking or
Stopping Monday
thru Friday during
the hours of 7 AM to
9 AM and 2 PM to
4 PM.
This resolution shall become effective at such time as the signs and/or markings installed.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the City Council of the
City of Saratoga at a regular meeting held on the 6th day of February, 2002, by the
following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Stan Bogosian, John Mehaffey, Ann Waltonsmith,
Vice Mayor Evan Baker, Mayor Nick Streit
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None
