WHEREAS, in accordance with the City Code, the reconsideration of the issues
addressed in Resolution No. MV -190 has been agendized for a review before the City Council on
December 16, 2009 and noticed accordingly.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Saratoga has
reconsidered and hereby rescinds Resolution No. MV -190.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the City Council of the
City of Saratoga at a regular meeting held on the 16th day of December, 2009, by the
following vote:
AYES: Councilmember Chuck Page, Howard Miller, Vice Mayor Jill Hunter,
Mayor Kathleen King
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: Susie Nagpal

RESOLUTION RESCINDING MV -190 PROHIBITING PARKING
ON SCULLY AVENUE
WHEREAS, new information related to the parking prohibition on Scully Avenue came

The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as
follows:
SECTION I: Based upon an engineering and traffic study, the following
designated portion of street in the City of Saratoga is
hereby declared to be a congested area, and the following limit for
parking of motor vehicles is hereby established for said portion of
said street:

Scully Avenue On the westerly side from NO PARKING
a point 105± southerly from ANYTIME
the southerly curb line of
Colby Ct. to 125± southerly
thereof
This section shall become effective at such time as the proper
signs and /or markings are installed.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Saratoga at a regular meeting held on the
21st day of March, 1990, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmerters Anderson, Mayles, Peterson, Stutzman and Mayor Clevenger
