RESOLUTION IMPLEMENTING A NO PARKING RESTRICTION
ON PORTOS DRIVE
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as follows:
I. Based upon an engineering and traffic study, the following parking restrictions shall
be designated on Portos Drive in the location specified below:

STREET
Portos Drive Starting 40 feet from the northeast No Parking 8:00 AM 3:00
corner of Portos Drive where it PM, Saturday, Sunday and
intersects with Allendale Avenue Holidays excluded
and traveling the entire length until
it intersects Harleigh Drive. Starting
40 feet from the northwest corner of
Portos Drive where it intersects with
Allendale Avenue and traveling the
entire length until it intersects
Harleigh Drive.
II. All prior resolutions and other enactments imposing a parking restriction at the location
specified above are hereby repealed to the extent of their inconsistency with the
restriction specified above.
III. This resolution shall become effective at such time as the signs and/or markings are
installed.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Saratoga at a regular meeting held on the 15th day of June, 2011, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmember Emily Lo, Jill Hunter, Vice Mayor Chuck Page,
Mayor Howard Miller
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: Councilmember Manny Cappello
