We hereby certify that we are the owners of, or have some right,
title or interest in and to the real property included within the
subdivision shown upon this map that we are the only persons whose
consent is necessary to pass a clear title to said real property
that we hereby consent to the making of said map and subdivision
as shown within the &w border line, and that we hereby dedicate
to public use that portion of Saratoga - Sunnyvale Road and the
Public Access Easement as shown on said map within said subdivision.
We also hereby dedicate to public use easements for public utilities
under on or over those certain areas designated as "P.S.E." (Public
Service Easement), "S.D.E." (Storm Drainage Easement) and Landscape
Easement, said easements tp be kept open and free from buildings and
structures of any kind except lawful fences and utility company
structures and appurtenances.
We also hereby dedicate to public use easements for sanitary sewer
facilities under, upon and over those certain strips of land desig-
nated "S.S.E." (Sanitary Sewer Easement) said strips of land to be
kept open and free from buildings and structures of any kind except'
irrigating systems and lawful fences and appurtenances thereto.
Those certain strips of land designated as "P.A.E." (Private Access
Easement) are not offered for dedication for public use, but are
intended fox the exclusive use of the lot owners in this tract,
their licensees, visitors, tenants, servants or employees and service
vehicles and persons, firms and corporations performing public
utility functions within said units.
Those certain strips of land designated as 3ulid'Eane and Oak Creek
Lane are not offered for dedication for public use, but are intended
for the exclusive use of the lot owners of Lots 1 thru 54, inclusive
licensees,'visitors, tenants, servants or employees and service
