RESOLUTION IMPLEMENTING A NO PARKING OR STOPPING
RESTRICTION ON MELINDA CIRCLE
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as follows:
I. Based upon an engineering and traffic study, the following parking
restrictions shall be designated on Melinda Circle in the location specified
below:
NAME OF LOCATION RESTRICTION
STREET
Melinda Circle Starting 184 feet (one No Parking or Stopping
hundred and eighty four) Anytime
feet from the northwest
corner of Melinda Circle
where it intersects with
Kristy Lane and traveling
west for 42 (forty two) feet.
II. All prior resolutions and other enactments imposing a parking restriction at the
location specified above are hereby repealed to the extent of their inconsistency
with the restriction specified above.
III. This resolution shall become effective at such time as the signs and /or
markings are installed.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the City Council of the
City of Saratoga at a regular meeting held on the 17th day of August, 2011, by the
following vote:
AYES: Council Member Manny Cappello, Emily Lo, Jill Hunter,
Vice Mayor Chuck Page, Mayor Howard A. Miller
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: None
