SARATOGA CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING
CALL MEETING TO ORDER
Mayor Hunter called the Special Meeting to order at 11:38 a.m. in the Friendship Hall at
Saratoga Prospect Center at 19848 Prospect Road in Saratoga.

City Clerk Crystal Bothelio reported that pursuant to Gov't. Code 54954.2, the agenda for this
meeting was properly posted on November 27, 2013.

1. Resolution Establishing a One-Time,Non-Precedential Authorization of Three Paid
Holiday Furlough Days
Recommended Action:
Adopt the resolution entitled, "A Resolution of the City Council and the City of Saratoga
establishing a one-time, non-precedential authorization of three (3)paid holiday furlough
days—Thursday, December 26, 2013, Friday, December 27, 2013, and Monday,
December 30, 2013."

MILLER/CAPPELO MOVED TO ADOPT THE RESOLUTION ENTITLED, "A
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL AND THE CITY OF SARATOGA
ESTABLISHING A ONE-TIME,NON-PRECEDENTIAL AUTHORIZATION OF
THREE (3) PAID HOLIDAY FURLOUGH DAYS—THURSDAY,DECEMBER

2013." MOTION PASSED. AYES: HUNTER, LO, MILLER, CAPPELLO. NOES:
