RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA
ACCEPTING OFFER OF DEDICATION OF .EASEMENT AND RIGHT-OF=
WAY FOR A PUBLIC CITY STREET
The. City Council of the City. of Saratoga .hereby re-solves as follows:
SECTION 1: The easement and right-of-way for a public city street
of fered, for dedication as shown on that certain OFFER_
TO DEDICATE PROPERTY-.:FOR' STREET PURPOSES recorded in Book 5334,
Pages 47.3 and-. 474, Official Records of the County of Santa Clara,
State of Ca1ifornia,:: on October 1.9, 1963, is hereby accepted and said
easement and right-of-way is hereby_"declared to be a public street of
the City of Saratoga, County of Santa Clara, State of Claifornia.
The above and. foregoing:resolution was duly and regularly introduced
and passed at_a regular meeting of the Saratoga City Council held on the
18th, day of December, 1963, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Glennon, Brazil, Drake, Hartman
NOES: None . :
ABSENT: Councilman Tyler
