RESOLUTION NO. SDR-234-2
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA ACCEPTING
OFFER OF DEDICATION OF EASEMENT AND RIGHT OF WAY FOR A PUBLIC CITY •
STREET
The City Council of the City of Saratoga::herebya'resolves as
follows:
Section 1: The easement and right-of-way for a public
city street offered for dedication as shown on that
certain offer to dedicate property for street pruposes recorded
in Book 4958, Page 402, Official Records of the County of. Santa
Clara, State of California, on October 21, 1960, is hereby
accepted and said easement and right-of.-way is hereby declared to
be a public street of the City of Saratoga, County of Santa
Clara, State of California.
The above and foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and passed at a regular meeting of the Saratoga City
Council held on the 5th day of. July, 1961, by the following vote:
AYES: Glennon, Drake, Langwill, Hartman
NOES: None
ABSENT: Brazil .
