RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA ACCEPTING
OFFER OF DEDICATION OF EASEMENT AND RIGHT OF WAY FOR A PUBLIC STREET
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as follows:
•
Section 1: The easement and right-of-way for a public city
street offered for dedication as shown on that
certain OFFER TO DEDICATE PROPERTY FOR STREET PURPOSES re-
corded in Book 5248, Page 218, Official Records of the
County of Santa Clara, State of California, on July 31, 1961, is
hereby accepted and said easement and right-of-way is hereby
declared to be a public street of the City of Saratoga,
County of Santa Clara, Seate of. California.
The above and foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and passed at a regular meeting of the Saratoga City
Council held on the 16th day of August, 1961, by the following vote:
AYES: Glennon, Drake, Langwill, Hartman
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Brazil
