RESOLUTION IMPLEMENTING A "NO PARKING" RESTRICTION
ON DOLPHIN DRIVE- SOUTHERN SECTION
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as follows:
Based upon an engineering and traffic study and the request of residents on the southern
section of Dolphin Drive between Allendale and Alcott Way:

Allendale Avenue to
No Parking between the
Alcott Way.
hours of 8:00 a.m. and
3:00 p.m. Monday
through Friday.
Saturday, Sunday and
Holidays Excluded.
II. All prior resolutions and other enactments imposing a parking restriction at the location
specified above are hereby repealed to the extent of their inconsistency with the restriction
specified above.
III. This resolution shall become effective at such time as the signs and /or markings are
installed.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Saratoga at a regular meeting held on the 2nd day of April, 2014, by the following vote:
AYES: Mayor Emily Lo, Vice Mayor Howard Miller, Council Member Manny Cappello,
Chuck Page, Jill Hunter
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None
