RESOLUTION IMPLEMENTING PARKING RESTRICTIONS
ON DOLPHIN DRIVE- NORTHERN SECTION, ALCOTT WAY, CAMINO BARCO
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as follows:
I. Based upon an engineering and traffic study and the request of residents on the northern
portion of Dolphin Drive between Harleigh Drive and Alcott Way, Alcott Way and Camino
Barco, the following parking restrictions shall be designated in the locations specified
below:

Camino Barco
Allendale Avenue to 500
No Parking between the
feet south of Allendale
hours of 8:00 a.m. and
Avenue.
3:00 p.m. Monday
through Friday.
Saturday, Sunday and
Holidays Excluded
II. All prior resolutions and other enactments imposing a parking restriction at the location
specified above are hereby repealed to the extent of their inconsistency with the restriction
specified above.
III. This resolution shall become effective at such time as the signs and /or markings are
installed.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Saratoga at a regular meeting held on the 2nd day of April 2014, by the following vote:
AYES: Mayor Emily Lo, Vice Mayor Howard Miller, Council Member Manny Cappello,
Chuck Page, Jill Hunter
NOES: None
