RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA
AUTHORIZING NO PARKING SIGNS & RED PAINT
MELINDA CIRCLE
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as follows:
I. Based upon an engineering and traffic study and the request of the Traffic Safety
Commission and Saratoga residents:

At the corners of Melinda
50 feet of red paint on
Circle and Kristy Lane and
the corners of Melinda
on Melinda Circle

restricted parking (M -F
8-9 AM and 2:15 to 3:30
PM) opposite the back
entrance of Christa

II. All prior resolutions and other enactments imposing a parking restriction at the location
specified above are hereby repealed to the extent of their inconsistency with the restriction
specified above.
III. This resolution shall become effective at such time as the signs and/or markings are
installed.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Saratoga at a regular meeting held on the 6th day of July, 2016, by the following vote:
AYES: Mayor E. Manny Cappello, Vice Mayor Emily Lo, Council Member Mary -Lynne
Bernald, Howard A. Miller, Rishi Kumar
