MINUTES

B. Minutes
It was moved and seconded to waive the reading of the minutes of February 1,
1979 and approve as distributed. The motion was carried unanimously.
II. BUILDING SITES /SUBDIVISIONS
A. SDR -1387 - James Rosenfeld, Big Basin Way, Tentative Building Site Approval,
1 lot; Continued from February 1, 1979
A letter was received from the applicant, requesting withdrawal of this applica-
tion.
B. SDR -1404 - Robert S. Guckert (County Transportation Agency), corner of Quito,
and Pollard Roads, Building Site Approval
The applicant was present for discussion of this application, which included
the right -of -way conditions for Quito Road. It was moved and seconded to approve
SDR -1404, per the Staff Report dated February 9, 1979. The motion was carried
unanimously.
III. MISCELLANEOUS
A. Joseph Masek, Big Basin Way, Modification to Site Development Plan for SDR -1388;
Continued from February 1, 1979
Mr. Masek and Mr. Melton were present for this discussion. The Committee discussed
future access to Third Street as it might impact Mr. Melton, and the alternative
driveway placements proposed for the Masek property. Since Mr. Masek's architect
had not yet submitted the plans conforming to the Council's requests, it was
directed that this item be continued to March 1, 1979.
IV. COMMJNICATIONS
Letter from Dr. Lopez, Saratoga Vista - The City Attorney was present and explained
to the Committee a easement procedure noted in Dr. Lopez's letter. The Land Develop-
ment Committee indicated their willingness to review such an application, but expressed
concern about possible setbacks on the lot proposed to receive building site approval
and wished to study that at the time of application.
V. ADJOURNMENT
It was moved and seconded to adjourn the meeting. The motion was carried unanimously.
