A. Mr. and Mrs. Tolbert, 21130 Sullivan Way, Request for a Modifica-
tion to the Site Development Plan for a Pool, Continued from
8/21/80
Mrs. Tolbert was present for the discussion, along with a repre-
sentative of Val's Pools. Mr. Wimberly explained that they now
had sufficient geotechnical information to recommend approval of
the modification to the Site Development Plan as proposed. However,
he wanted to put in the record that, due to the access to the site
and the shortness of time for this review, the soils work that
would be done afterwards is extraordinarily important to be done as
the soils engineer felt proper. Therefore, the implications as to
cost may become significant. The applicant needs to understand
that she would be bound to follow the recommendations of their soils
engineer. Mrs. Tolbert indicated her agreement with this concern.
It was moved and seconded to approve Exhibit "D" for Tract 1318,
dated August S, 1980. The motion was carried unanimously.
III. ADJOURNMENT
It was moved and seconded to adjourn the meeting. The motion was
carried unanimously.
