(Two -Story Conversion)
I. ROUTINE ORGANIZATION
The meeting was called to order by Planning Director at 3:00 p.m.
A. ROLL CALL
Present: Marty VanDuyn, Planning Director; Kathy Carman, Recording
Secretary
Mr. VanDuyn reviewed the intent and purpose of the Two -Story Ordinance
NS -3, ZC -73 and mentioned that Notices of Hearings were duly sent to
the Saratoga News and surrounding neighbors.
II.. PUBLIC HEARINGS
A. UP -249 - Glenn E. and Roberta A. Miller, 19728 Northampton Drive -
Request for Two -Story Use Permit to Allow the Conversion of Existing
Residence.
Planning Director stated for purposes of record that no written or
verbal correspondence had been received in opposition or in favor
of request.
It was also stated that the Planning Director and Mr. Burt, Ass slant
Planner, had reviewed the site and that all basics of the Code had
been met and that the homes adjacent to site in question were two -
story.
Planning Director granted the Request to Permit a Two -Story Conversion,
UP -249, on the basis of Exhibit 'W', the Staff Report; and providing
there is no objection from the public during the 10 -day appeal, as
required by law.

The meeting was closed at 3:10 p.m.
