A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA
APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE SARATOGA TRAFFIC SAFETY COMMISSION AND
HERITAGE PRESERVATION COMMISSION
WHEREAS, 1 vacancy was created on the Saratoga Traffic Safety Commission resulting from
the expired term of EJ Tim Harris and 2 vacancies were created on the Saratoga Hentage Preservation
Commission resulting from the expired terms of Paul Conrado and Alexandra Nugent; and
WHEREAS, the City announced the vacancies in August 2016, accepted applications until 5.00
p.m. on November 8, 2016 and the City Council conducted interviews on November 16, 2016; and
WHEREAS, the Saratoga Historical Foundation nominated Alexandra Nugent as its
representative to the Hentage Preservation Commission
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves that the following
individuals are appointed to the following terms.

The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Saratoga City
Council held on the 7th day of December 2016 by the following vote:
