RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA
AUTHORIZING A NO PARKING ZONE AT
OLD OAK WAY AT PIERCE ROAD
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as follows
I Based upon an engineering and traffic study and the request of the Traffic Safety
Commission and Saratoga residents.

of Old Oak Way and
Pierce Road and 120

restriction shall be
indicated by painting
the curb red the length
of the restricted area
II. All prior resolutions and other enactments imposing a parking restriction at the location
specified above are hereby repealed to the extent of their inconsistency with the
restriction specified above
III This resolution shall become effective at such time as the signs and/or markings are
installed
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Saratoga at a regular meeting held on the 7th day of June, 2017, by the following vote
AYES Mayor Emily Lo, Vice Mayor Mary -Lynne Bernald, Council Members E. Manny
Cappello, Howard A Miller
NOES
ABSENT Council Member Rishi Kumar
