3. Report on Posting of the Agenda: Pursuant to Government Code Section 54954.2, the
agenda for this meeting was properly posted on June 15, 2012.
4. Accept Agenda Items and Order: No additional items may be added pursuant to
Government Code Section 54954.2.
5. Approval of Minutes.

• Bike rack policy as part of Let’s Move Initiative to encourage more physical
activity in Saratoga

• Considering adding Joe’s Trail to National Trail Map through TrailLink.com, Rail-
to-Trails Conservancy service
• Joint meeting with City Council and PRC scheduled for Wednesday September 5
from 6:00 to 7:00 pm
