Meeting Minutes
DATE: Tuesday, February 16, 2010
TIME: 7:00 pm.
LOCATION: City of Saratoga Planning Offices, 13777 Fruitvale Avenue, Saratoga, CA 95070
1. Call to Order: Meeting called to order by the Vice Chair at 7:00pm
2. Roll Call: Present: Brooks, Stallman; Staff: Harvancik
Absent: Cosyn, Goldberg, Waltonsmith
3. Report on Posting of the Agenda: Confirmed by staff.
4. Accept Agenda Items and Order: No changes
5. Approval of Minutes: Quorum not present, no action taken
6. Oral and Written Communication: None received
7. Staff Report:
- Mustard Faire is set for March 7th
- Joe's Trail bids opened - Council action to follow in April
- Arbor Day April 22nd event will be at Azule Park
- Annexation of County land portion of Garrod property will be brought to the
PEBTAC for comment
- Staff is in discussion with Caltrans about signal timing - follow up to January
meeting committee member inquiry
8. Old Business:
• West Valley College Greenbelt - City Council approved City letter of support for the
study grant application by WVC
• Saratoga Creek (Village) Trail - City Council approved the submittal of a planning
grant application; SCVWD is in support of proposal
9. New Business: None

• Pending trails updates
Shankar trail crossing signs are in
• Member reports
- Member Brooks tendered his resignation
- Member Stallman suggested future topic of changing meeting time
11. Action Items Summary:
Staff invited input on City Village Creek Trail application
