LOCATION: City of Saratoga Planning Offices, 13777 Fruitvale Avenue, Saratoga, CA 95070
1. Call to Order: Meeting called to order by the Chair at 7:00pm
2. Roll Call: Present: Goldberg, Waltonsmith; Staff: Harvancik
Absent: Cosyn, Stallman
3. Report on Posting of the Agenda: Confirmed by staff.
4. Accept Agenda Items and Order: No changes
5. Approval of Minutes: Quorum not present, no action taken
6. Oral and Written Communication: None received
7. Staff Report:
- Highway 9 pedestrian phase- public meeting scheduled for March 31 at 6:30 pm in
Saratoga Senior Center
- Joe's Trail – contract to be awarded in April
- Village Creek Trail – grant application submitted
8. Old Business: None
9. New Business:
- Move-it-Saratoga – hike or bike certain minimum length and get recognized by the
City Council
- Friends of Trails List – June 5th Tank Trail hike scheduled
- Changing Trails Meeting time and/or day – proposed for third Tuesday at 4:00

- Ann appointed to SCCo Park and Recreation Commission
