Accept Agenda Items: No additional items may be added pursuant to Government Code Section 54954.2. Oral & Written Communication Any member of the public may address the Commission about any matter not on the agenda for this meeting for up to three minutes. Commissioners may not comment on the matter but may choose to place the topic on a future agenda. Approval of Draft Minutes September 6, 2016 Sheriff’s Report to the Commission Old Business 1. Traffic Matrix #316 Issue: Complete parking restriction on St. Charles as part of March 13, 2014 request made by Marilyn Marchetti. Action: TSC will review and discuss past data and make a recommendation. New Business 2. Traffic Matrix #369 Issue: Request for traffic calming methods at Quito Road and Montclair Rd by Malini Bechauf. Action: TSC will review and discuss data collected by the traffic engineer and make a recommendation. 3. Traffic Matrix #370 Issue: Request for traffic calming methods on Harleigh Drive by Audrey Choslovsky Action: TSC will review and discuss data collected by the traffic engineer and make a recommendation. 4. Traffic Matrix #371 Issue: Request for crosswalk and flashing beacon signs at Cox Avenue near railroad by Barkha Madan. Action: TSC will review and discuss data collected by the traffic engineer and make a recommendation. 5. Traffic Matrix #372 Issue: Request for speed bumps and other traffic calming method on Clemson in between Quito and Villanova by Beverly Frieberg. Action: TSC will review and discuss data collected by the traffic engineer and make a recommendation. 6. Traffic Matrix #373 Issue: Request for traffic calming methods at Sobey Road by Radu Barsan. Action: TSC will review and discuss data collected by the traffic engineer and make a recommendation. 7. Traffic Matrix #374 Issue: Request for lighted crosswalk on Fruitvale Avenue in front of West Valley College by Sydnie Vo. Action: TSC will review and discuss data collected by the traffic engineer and make a recommendation. 8. Traffic Matrix #375 Issue: Request for crosswalk across Sobey Road at Evans Lane intersection by Michelle Gannon. Action: TSC will review and discuss data collected by the traffic engineer and make a recommendation. 9. Traffic Matrix #376 Issue: Request for stop sign at the corner of Titus and North Hampton Avenue by David Braunstein. Action: TSC will review and discuss data collected by the traffic engineer and make a recommendation. 10. Traffic Matrix #377 Issue: Request for speed bump on Pierce Road by Frank Schneider Action: TSC will review and discuss data collected by the traffic engineer and make a recommendation. 11. Traffic Matrix #378 Issue: Request for crosswalk over Saratoga-Sunnyvale at Thelma Ave by Ron Ruebusch. Action: TSC will review and discuss data collected by the traffic engineer and make a recommendation. 12. Traffic Matrix #379 Issue: Request for sharrow signs on Big Basin Way by Bob Burns. Action: TSC will review and discuss data collected by the traffic engineer and make a recommendation. 13. Election of Chair and Vice Chair Issue: The terms of the current Chair and Vice Chair expire in December 2015. Per the City of Saratoga Municipal Code, the Commission is required to elect a new Chair and Vice Chair. Action: The PRC will elect a new Chair and Vice Chair, whose terms will begin at the January 2017 PRC meeting.
