A. User Fee Update Review
• Action Item – Staff to bring User Fee Update report to Council with revisions as discussed.
B. Sport User Group Contract Fees
• Action Item – N/A
C. FY 2017/18 Budget
a) Study Session Agenda
• Action Item – Add ‘New Initiative’ section to Study Session Agenda
b) CalPERS UAL Payment
• Action Item – Finance Committee recommends an increase in the annual UAL
Payment appropriation, up to a maximum of $750,000 for FY 2017/18.
D. Debt Management Policy
• Action Item – Send Debt Management Policy to Council to review and comment prior to
Council Meeting.
E. Committee Workplan
• Action Items – Add TOT Audit to workplan,, remove Fee Schedule items (in this year’s
update), Remove Sport User Groups from Contract Renewals
