• Action Item – Send links of four SCC cities using OpenGov to Finance Committee.

A. CDD Budget Adjustment for Building Inspection
Action Item – Staff to bring budget adjustment request to Council
B. Neighborhood Watch Block Grants
Action Item – Staff to bring recommended option to Council
C. Development Impact Fee Report
Action Item – None
D. Parks & Landscaping Equipment Replacement CIP
Action Item – Bring back to next Finance Committee Meeting with the following:
(1) Break out Parking District information for separate discussion
(2) Send infrastructure information to Finance Committee for review prior to next
meeting, including detail replacement plans, asset lifespan information, asset costs,
prioritization planning information, etc.
(3) Identify potential infrastructure and maintenance efficiencies to reduce costs.
