1. Approval of Prior Finance Committee Meeting Minutes:

• Action Item – none
B. Parks, Grounds, etc. Infrastructure Replacement
• Action Item – Move playgrounds, pedestrian bridges, and restrooms to separate infrastructure
replacement section for consideration under regular CIP project process, and bring back to
next meeting.
4. New Business
A. SVCEA Subordination Agreement
Action Item – SVCEA report to Council December 7th, along with Power Supply Option report
and SVCEA presentation.
B. CAFR Review
Action Item – Staff to bring item back with Auditor at next Finance Committee meeting.
Action Item – CAFR Report presented to Council on Dec 21, 2016.
C. Event Grant Program Funding
Action Item – Staff to finalize non-competitive grant amounts and reduce total to approximately
$35,000 due to the elimination of one-time 60th Anniversary Parade funding from current year
budget.
D. Street Closure Program Funding
Action Item – Recommend fund as non-competitive award to Chamber of Commerce for one
street closure each year ($20,000)
E. Committee Items

(1) Bring America in Bloom topic to next meeting
(2) Update Budget Calendar for next meeting
