• Action Item – bring proposed CIP to Council Retreat

• Action Item – none, to be presented to Council on Dec 21st

A. America in Bloom
Action Item – Staff to bring FY 2016/17 budget adjustment to Council December 21st for added
flower planting for AIB
Action Item – For FY 2017/18 budget, include 3 attendees to travel to AIB conference, and
city event expenses, application, judging hotel, dinner, etc., and $20,000 beautification line
item (for flowers)
