A. Business License Appeals
• Action Item - Staff to respond to appeal applicant that request to waive penalty portion was
approved pending timely payment of next business license.
B. Development Deposit Appeals
• Action Item – Staff to write letter informing property owner (Mr. Donovon) that the letter was
sent to him in error, and that the deposit funds belong to Mr. Romeri who is to be resent the
letter at the address listed in file.
