A. Copier Contract
• Committee reviewed contract options and recommends option 1 (4 small departmental
copy machines and 1 large copy machine).
4. New Business:
A. FY 2008/09 Budget in Brief
• Action Item – Recommended changes in content to be incorporated into budget-in-brief
document and brought back to Finance Committee for review.
B. Authorization to link LAIF to Payroll account
• Action Item – None
C. Comer Retaining Wall Budget Adjustment Request
• Action Item – None
