Business License Compliance Audit • Action Item – None Staff reported audit consultant had not yet replied as to their interest in providing audit services which are limited to current year only, or to provide an alternative audit option. 4. Fiscal Impact Statements • Action Item – None Staff reviewed proposed fiscal impact statements to be used for capital project funding requests on staff reports C. Informal/Formal Bidding Limits • Action Item - None Staff reviewed Public Contract Code requirements and the variances between formal and informal bids, and the City’s current resolution
