RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA AUTHORIZING
A NO STOPPING 8 A.M. - 4 P.M. MONDAY THRU FRIDAY at
MONTAUK DRIVE AT FRUITVALE AVENUE
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as follows:
I. Based upon an engineering and traffic study:

RESTRICTION
Montauk Drive
Montauk Drive at Fruitvale
No stopping 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Avenue
Monday thru Friday beginning at
the northeast corner of Montauk
at the intersection of Fruitvale
Ave for 85 feet westward. The
restriction shall be indicated by
signage.
II. All prior resolutions and other enactments imposing a parking restriction at the location
specified above are hereby repealed to the extent of their inconsistency with the restriction
specified above.
III. This resolution shall become effective at such time as the signs and/or markings are
installed.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Saratoga at a regular meeting held on the 1St day of November, 2017, by the following vote:
AYES: Mayor Emily Lo, Vice Mayor Mary -Lynne Bernald, Council
Members E. Manny Cappello, Howard A. Miller, Rishi
Kumar
