RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA
AUTHORIZING A NO PARKING ZONE AT
SCULLY AVE AT NORTHAMPTON DRIVE
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as follows:

Based upon an engineering and traffic study:

No parking on Scully Avenue at the
Northampton Drive
intersection with Northampton
Drive. The restriction shall extend
25 feet northward and 25 feet
southward of the centerline. The
restriction shall be indicated by
painting the curb red the length of
the restricted area and "No Parking"
signs.
All prior resolutions and other enactments imposing a parking restriction at the location
specified above are hereby repealed to the extent of their inconsistency with the restriction
specified above.
This resolution shall become effective at such time as the signs and/or markings are
installed.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Saratoga at a regular meeting held on the ls` day of November, 2017, by the following vote:
AYES: Mayor Emily Lo, Vice Mayor Mary -Lynne Bernald, Council
Members E. Manny Cappello, Howard A. Miller, Rishi
Kumar
