Approval of Parks and Recreation Commission (PRC) Draft Minutes:

1. Age-friendly Cities Update
Issue: PRC is now actively involved in the citywide age-friendly initiative. Discuss age-friendly movie
night and review newest park videos. Update Commission about the discussions and actions taken.

2. Work Plan Update
Issue: Review and discuss updates to the work plan.
Action: No action needed – informational only.
3. Volunteer Work at Quarry
Issue: Update the Commission about the Let’s Work program.
Action: No action needed – informational only.

Issue: PRC needs update on park improvement process and what the PRC roles is in the park
improvement process.

5. No Name Park Update
Issue: Update on if No Name Park is a City of Saratoga Park.
