1. Approval of Prior Finance Committee Meeting Minutes:

A. City Commission Fundraising and Fees
● Action Item –Staff to work with Youth/Parks & Rec/other Commissions to have them develop
a fundraising plan as part of their annual workplan brought to Council, and to implement
fundraising, cash counting, and cash management procedures as part of their training.
B. Development Impact Fee Report
● Action Item –Staff to add revise report to include example of revenue activity in report.
C. Fee Schedule Report
● Action Item – Staff to include Finance Committee recommendation to eliminate credit card
convenience fee from fee schedule.
D. Committee Workplan
● Action Items – Skip November meeting.
