● Action Item –Staff to bring Development Reserve discussion to Council Retreat to discuss
consolidation with Fiscal Stabilization Reserve. Staff to bring General Plan budget
adjustment to Council as loan from Development Reserve.

● Action Item –Staff to bring CAFR report to next Council Meeting.
C. Fee Schedule Report
● Action Item – Staff to continue budget information/schedules cleanup and clarifications
