A. Hakone Koi Pond Project Budget Adjustment
Action Item – Staff to bring budget adjustment to Council to move $65,000 of unneeded
funding from Big Basin Turnaround CIP to the Hakone Gardens Koi Pond CIP
B. Community Grants Program Review
Action Item – Staff to bring report to Council to request:
1. SASCC Health Fair and Hakone Matsuri events be added to the secure funding
recipient list.
2. Include language on application documents or website to eliminate off-cycle grant
applications.
C. Policy Update Review
Action Item – Staff to bring list of policies back with separation of Council vs Administrative
Policies, existing policy effective dates, and policy workplan.
D. Committee Workplan Update
Action Item – Council reviewed workplan schedule and requested (for the next meeting):
1. Street Funding worksheet identifying funding sources
SVCE’s data report on annual information
E. Next Finance Committee meeting date:
Thursday, September 27 at 2:30 pm
