A. Neighborhood Watch Grant Review
• Action Item—Finance Committee approved motion to recommend grant funding remain at
$300 per group, and to continue total budgeted amount at$18,000.
B. Relinquishment of Excess Right of Way
• Action Item—Staff to determine next steps in process to move.forward. Item to be brought
back to Finance Committee to review, discuss further.
C. Proposed Budget Adjustment Requests
• Action Item—Finance Committee approved motion to recommend approval of budget
adjustment at the City Council meeting(to be presented that same night 111612019)
D. Pavement Management Funding
• Action Item—Staff to report back to Finance Committee on how the City can maximize lay
miles and neighborhood impact.
