RE: Special Meeting
Please note that the agenda that is included in this mailing is not
for the regularly scheduled Library Commission meeting. The agenda
enclosed is for a special meeting that will take place on Monday,
January 23 at 7:30 p.m. in the Administrative Offices at City Hall,
13777 Fruitvale Avenue. The regularly scheduled meeting will take
place on Wednesday, January 25, 1995 and those agendas will be sent
out next week.
This work session has been called so that Library Commission
members will have an opportunity to discuss goals for the coming
year. A special time was planned because Sally Towse is scheduled
to meet with the Mayor and City Manager on Tuesday, January 24th
to discuss the Library Commission and its goals for this new year.
Sally would like to hear from Commissioners before she has this
initial meeting.
Also, Anne -Marie Burger and Harry Peacock are planning on attending
the regularly scheduled January meeting when Susan Fuller will
discuss JPA developments in detail. This will be a good
opportunity to consult the Mayor and City Manager on any issues
that may arise from the work session. If you have any questions
