ORAL COMMUNICATIONS ON NON-AGENDIZED ITEMS
Any member of the public will be allowed to address the City Council for up to three (3) minutes
on matters not on this Agenda. The law generally prohibits the Council from discussing or taking
action on such items. However, the Council may instruct Staff accordingly.
AGENDA ITEMS
Review of the Draft Proposed FY 2019/20 General Fund Operating Budget and Fiscal
Policies, and a recap of the proposed Capital Improvement Project funding allocations.
Recommended Action:
Council to review and provide consensus direction to staff on:
1) Draft Proposed FY 2019/20 Operating Budget
2) Proposed Fiscal Policy Changes
3) Proposed FY 2019/20 Capital Project Funding Allocations
