1. Approval of Prior Finance Committee Meeting Minutes
A. January 16, 2018 Minutes approved

A. Proposed Budget Adjustment Request (Hillside Reserve)
• Action Item — Finance Committee approved moving forward with Hillside Reserve budget
adjustments to pay for the hillside storm damage on Comer and Norton avenues. Staff to
bring item to City Council meeting once final costs are determined.
B. Measure B Funding
• Action Item Finance Committee recommends moving forward with paving contracts to
spend FY 2018119 and FY 2019120 in the summer of 2019. Staff to review General Fund
money for street maintenance work.
C. Long -Term Policy on Fire Alarm Funding
• Action Item — Finance Committee approved delaying review of this item to a following
meeting.
D. Risk Management CIP Project Funding
Action Item Finance Committee reviewed CIP funding uses to date, and determined efforts
were on track and funding was adequate at this time.
E. Committee Workplan Schedule
• Action Item — none.
F. Next Finance Committee meeting date
• Tentatively scheduled for Monday, April 8, 2019.
