Call to Order at 4:00 pm 2. Roll Call: Stallman, Swan, Waltonsmith; City Liaison Borel, Engineer Burkhalter Waltonsmith and Borel absent 3. Report on Posting of the Agenda: Pursuant to Government Code Section 54954.2, the agenda for this meeting was properly posted on April 9, 2019. So posted 4. Accept Agenda Items and Order: No additional items may be added pursuant to Government Code Section 54954.2. No changes 5. Approval of Minutes. Minutes for January 15, 2019 approved 6. Oral and Written Communication: Any member of the public may address the Committee about any matter not on the agenda for this meeting for up to three minutes. Committee Members may not comment on the matter but may choose to place the topic on a future agenda. No speakers 7. Old Business  Blue Hills Safety Railroad Crossing update – approval from CPUC granted in March with a three year implementation constraint. A total of $1M in safety improvements are to be made at this crossing and other locations along the railroad as a condition of the approval. The Air District grant money has expired. The City tentatively budgeted $200,000 towards the project at their Budget Workshop for F?Y19/20. The Council wants to provide an update at an upcoming City Council meeting.  Prospect Road Improvements update - landscaping and irrigation in progress with final micro-surfacing work to finish up the project in July.  Anza Trail Certification update – received wayfaring signs, will schedule ribbon cutting after installation. 8. Staff Report  Pending trails update – removal of fallen tree on Douglass trail; pathway to be constructed at Norton and Bohlman Road; sidewalk to be extended on Pierce  Announcements Commission Recognition Dinner – May 29, 2019 Arbor Day – April 22, 2019, Gardner Park 9. New Business Upcoming Projects –  “No Name” Park design going to City Council for approval. Existing paths will remain. Design can be seen in the attachment to the April 17th City Council Agenda, Item 3.3l  Additions to O’Grady paving contract will include the remining sidewak section along Cox from Fredericksburg to Saratoga-Sunnyvale Road.  Pavement Management update Traffic Safety Projects  Sobey Road Safety improvements will include two crosswalk/speed tables along the Marshall Lane School frontage. 10.
