A. Rule 20A
• Action Item—PW Director to research possible undergrounding projects along Pierce Road
and Quito Road to Finance Committee for further review.
B. Street Sweeping Contract
• Action Item—Staff to bring contract to Council with Finance Committee's recommendation
to allow use of potable water at a reduced price. The Committee noted the City Council may
want to switch to non potable water in the future at a TBD negotiated cost.
C. GO Bond Rate
• Action Item—none.
D. Arrowhead Bond Rate
• Action Item—none.
E. Committee Workplan Schedule
• Action Item—Modify workplan to include full scope of workplan items, including budget
process and a review of the Facility Replacement Policy and annual update of facility
valuations.
F. Next Finance Committee meeting date
• Tentatively scheduled for late June 2019.
