MINUTES

Type: Special Meeting to Discuss McWilliams House
I. Routine Organization
A. Roll Call
PRESENT: Commissioners Wyman, Louden, Bailey, and Ballingall
ABSENT: Commissioners Brookfield, Conrado, and Lowdermilk
GUESTS: Mr. Warren Heid, Ms. April Halberstadt
B. Posting of Agenda – Pursuant to Government Code Section 54954.2, the agenda
was posted on January 20, 2006
C. Oral & Written Communication Any member of the public may address the
Commission about any matter not on the agenda for this meeting for up to three
minutes. Commissioners may not comment on the matter but may choose to place
the topic on a future agenda.
§ A written communication was received from the Saratoga Historical Museum,
dated January 24, 2006
D. Oral Communications – Historic Preservation Commission direction to Staff –
Instruction to staff regarding actions on current Oral Communications.
II. New Business
A. Discuss Mc Williams House – Item discussed. The revised plans were approved
with a 40 vote with the following motion: The HPC approves plans of the
McWilliams house with 6 by 6 windows and no railing in the front to maintain the
historic integrity unless amended or directed by the Building Official.
III. Adjournment
Adjourn to regular meeting schedule.

days of the date of the decision.
