REPORT OF POSTING OF AGENDA
Pursuant to Government Code 54954.2, the agenda for this meeting was properly posted on July
5, 2012
14051 Saratoga Avenue – Discuss the design of a proposed fence to be constructed along the
front lot line of a property located at 14051 Saratoga Avenue. The property is located on the
Heritage Lane portion of Saratoga Avenue. The applicants’ previous fence application was
reviewed by the HPC on June 12, 2012 and the HPC did not recommend approval. The applicant
is requesting HPC input on a revised fence design prior to submitting a new application.
The Study Session is a fact-finding meeting where the Commission may discuss the item and ask
questions from or hear statements from members of the public attending the meeting. During the
Study Session, the Historic Preservation Commission may only discuss items related to the
project. The agenda does not allow any formal votes or motions on the proposed project or other
matters.
No comments made during the meeting by the Heritage Preservation Commission are binding or
required to be carried through to the formal public hearing where actions will be taken on the
proposed project.
